“Present Moment, Wonderful Moment.” So profound teaching by Thich Nhat Hanh,  Live at here and now!

Some of my friends, they are superb busy to plan for their weekend break, some might be busy to go for short trip, traveling, lunch, hi-tea, dinner gathering, karaoke, shopping and to be kept their time being occupied until there is no “breathing” time. They might look more stress and tired after the weekend.

Why are we making ourselves so “busy”? What is the meaning of the “busyness”?

One of the best thing to do during weekend is stay at home, do nothing with no plan and always stay at present moment. Give yourself a quiet time to rest and relax for both your body and mind after a hectic week. I enjoyed very much to stay home, it’s so comfortable and I never feel “bore some”. Life is so fulfill as long as you are mindful and aware what is happening now and here.

As such, I’ll do my best to allocate a day in a week that I can be totally stay at home with no plan, such a simple way to refresh and relax. Today, it’s my stay home day again. Early in the morning, our lovely Little Black had a fight with Giant Black cat again, as usual, he was defeated with wound and bleeding. After our past experience on the daily wound cleansing for Little Black after a cat fight, of course we learn and remember well on what was told by Vet that we need to bring Little Black to have vaccination after a cat fight with wound if not the wound will be easily infected.

Immediately, we brought him to visit Vet and get injection, we don’t want “us” to go through the same process again. Of course, it disturbed my stay home plan, however, I can accept any impromptu incident happen in life without any anger, blame, disappointment and others negative emotion. It gave another great insight in life, anything can happen in any moment of life, you can’t know or control what’ll happen in next moment of life, as such, no need to worry or no need to do exaggerate plan… Most important is to live well in present moment, the wonderful moment in life!
