During off days, I love to step and walk on grass in garden with barefooted, I can feel the “tenderness and softness” of the grass, I feel the strong connection with nature and most important, my face is keep smiling, the happiness is from deep under my heart.
Instead of spend a lot of time to keep pursuit external things to keep us happy, why not take a break by looking inward? Why not do nothing, just have a bare footed quiet and mindful walk in your garden?
By just standing there, do nothing, just observe the nature. There are so many beautiful things happen around us…
