This evening, when I got back from work, I was so tired and exhausted as my brain juice was dried up. I am blessed that I learned meditation and this is the fastest method to recharge energy. What I did was, total body relaxation, you just need to lay on the floor, let your body to be free and your body weight is support by the floor. Start your relaxation from toe until head, then follow by your back. Whenever part of your body feel tiredness or uncomfortable, you just repeat your relaxation process, like “relax my head”…. until you feel the lightness.
Take a try and you can recharge superb fast. After that, I’ll continue for sitting meditation, how great we can be solitude and enjoy the bliss moment in life.
Thanks to the meditation practice that I can continue writing blog after a long hour of working day.

A lot of people giving excuses that I can’t sit quietly, I can’t be alone, I can’t sit well….Why not give a try instead of keep giving excuses?
Just imagine, if you also can’t stay well with yourself, to be solitude, how about others? Can they stay well with you?
Why are we keep looking outward and “drank” our senses with all sensual enjoyment? Why not spend sometimes to understand about yourself?
