happiness is the path…

Some of us, we love to set “terms & conditions” for happiness in life.

I’ll be happy

if my bank account achieve USD $100,000,

if I get a promotion,

if my children scored all As in exam,

if I can buy a bungalow,

if I can buy a sport car,

if I strike lottery,

When I retired…

Think about it, why should we set “terms & conditions”to enjoy happiness? Why can’t we be happy in any moment of life?

Be mindful and look around your surrounding, there are too much things for you to be happy, why we need to procrastination of happiness?

You are deserve to enjoy happiness NOW!

Take a walk in nature… You are discover that you are the fountain of happiness...

  1. This is so true. We are constantly bombarded with so many images nowadays of ‘things’ that will supposedly make us happy when happiness is already the way. Happy Sunday 🙂

  2. Hi Li Jiun, this is a wonderful piece, for there is lots to be happy about, but we spend so much time worrying and racing around, that we do not see these many splendid things, perhaps we should even be happy to meet someone on the street, and share that happiness with a smile, and an acknowledgement, which I’m sure would be warmly and happily returned. Love your blog, best wishes and blessings, Charles.
