When our body is healthy, we might not be “gratitude” for good health. We might think, its normal to be healthy and nothing special. However, once we lost our health, no matter how rich you are, sometimes, you are not able to “Buy” and regain your good health. There is a profound teaching from Dalai Lama,
“Man surprised me most about humanity. Because he sacrifices his health in order to make money.
Then he sacrifices money to recuperate his health. And then he is so anxious about the future that he does not enjoy the present; the result being that he does not live in the present or the future; he lives as if he is never going to die, and then dies having never really lived.”
Yesterday, when Little Black had a little walk to our neighbor house, he met up with the Fat black cat, as a result, he was bullied and attacked by the fat black cat. This round, he had a very severe injury on his leg.
The incident happened so fast, Little Black changed his condition from healthy to unhealthy. It can happen to anyone of us. Be grateful when you are still enjoying good health.
Our family members give our best blessings and moral support to Little Black, “You are going to get well soon. We love you, boy.” We felt the same pain and suffering like Little Black. It reminded me that how important to care about our health and let our loved one less worry about us.
Our lovely father was busy when Little Black shown his wound to him. Our father can’t pay 100% mindfulness to Little Black, he was so sad and went upstairs. My sister said he is expecting our father to come upstairs and gave his attention and love to him. My father came upstairs and gave his full attention to Little Black and mention to him, “Boy, take a good rest and you are going to recover soon. Daddy love you.” He slept happily on the sofa.
Little Black is our family member. We love him and give our best blessings to him for speedy recovery. If your loved one is sick, remember to give them 100% mindfulness and best blessings!
“Get well, boy! We love you.”
