Most of us, when we meet up with people, we love to ask, “How are you?”
Think about it, have you ever ask yourself,
“How are you, me?”
“Are you living well?”
A lot of times, we might be busily shifted our focus to external world and we totally forget to give ourself tender loving care. We might totally neglect our mind and body, why not slow down and look inward. Check out your conditions!
A lot of times, before our body fall sick, there is always little symptom or signal being given by our body for “SOS”, due to our “Busyness”, we might totally ignore the signal and finally we fall sick. This apply the same to our mind, everyday we are absorbing too much negative energy and disturbances in the modern world, imagine if there is only keep pour in and no channel to pour out. What will happen? It’s going to “burst out” one day.
Definitely, we’ll collapse one day as we are carrying too much emotional toxins and past burdens with us.
As such, don’t ever blame that you fall sick or under depression “Suddenly”…
It happen for long, only we are not mindful to discover the conditions of our own “body and mind”.
Take a break and take a deep breath, ask yourself, “How are you, me?”
