After a week of hard work especially when you are rushing to meet for project deadline, you might experience the body tension or ache or tiredness, and your mind is like so “crowded” with all sort of data. Sometimes, you might not able to sleep well as too much stuff in your mind.
Every weekend, I’ll reward myself with a session of massage either foot massage, half or full body massage to have a total relaxation in mind and body. It’s a great way to reduce stress, tension and pain in muscle. After the massage session, you can experience that you are fully charge again as it help for blood flow and also activation of all nerve points in body. Most important, its give nutrient to the mind for relaxation as you are surrounded with calming music, dim light, cooling and quiet environment.
Whenever my friends shared with me that how stressful they are and how many sleepless night that they experience recently. Normally, I’ll advise them to have a good session of body massage to have a total relaxation in mind and body. You can experience how light you are after the massage session.
