The learning process …

In the processing plant, the coffee cherries need to go through the fully or semi wet method processing to remove the pulp and also the sugar level in the cherry.

Fully wet-method of processing...

Fully wet-method of processing…Look at colorful coffee cherries… So beautiful!

Do you know what is this?

This is the coffee pulp. We are happy to find out that the farmers will use this as compost to give natural nutrition to coffee plant.

Next to this process is to sun dry the coffee bean…

There is an appliance to measure the moisture in the coffee bean, about 7-9%. Then, the coffee bean can be delivered to warehouse for storage up to 6-8 months before roasting. All this process must do it right in order to serve the best quality of coffee.

In life, we need to continue our learning process, don’t ever assume that we know everything and there is nothing else we need to learn and progress. Always behave like a sponge which can absorb more water in life. Don’t be like the container which full of water that nothing can pour in.

Allow yourself to learn new stuffs which benefit to you and also others.

How wonderful!

Happy Sunday!
