Are you use awareness in your daily life?
Are you aware when you are reading?
Are you aware when you are eating and drinking?
Are you aware when you are combing hair, brushing teeth?
Are you aware when you go to toilet?
Are you aware when you are listening to music?
Are you aware when you are doing house work?
Are you aware when you are cooking?
Are you aware when you are start your car engine, driving and locking your car?
Are you aware when you take a walk? Are you aware what is surrounding you?
In this modern and fast pace world, some of us, we are not aware what is happening around us. We are living our life-like a machine as we are so used to do all these things. We are performing all our daily routine life-like a robot. We are not mindful at the moment and on most of the things.
Our mind is keep wandering on the past and also in future. We are not living at now at all…
Sometimes, we can’t even remember what had happened in our daily life as we are so used of living in half awaken life, we can’t remember what have we done.. what have we eat.. What have we talk……
This morning, I took a mindful walking in my lovely garden. It was a wonderful walk as the air was so fresh and cooling, enjoyed the breeze, peace and calm moment in life. What a wonderful moment in life!
Every time, I looked at my lovely garden like the first time I see, everything is so fresh and alive. There are full of wonder in the garden. Its all depend on how mindful you are to discover the beauty of nature.
If you are not aware on what is happening out there, you just live your life-like machine, for sure, you can’t discover the beauty of life. No need for us to travel far to discover the beautiful scenery, it’s always around you if you are mindful…
Be mindful and awake, you are going to discover the wonder of life. Whatever you see, treat it as the first time you see in life, enjoy the happiness and joyful moment.
Normally, whatever photos I take in the garden, it’s only meant for one time as everything change, all causes and conditions also changing, say ladybird no longer at the same spot or even fly away from the garden or the plant died off or the flowers withered…. It apply the same in life, treasure NOW, the only best moment we live in life.
