Do you ever feel like your energy drop when you are with somebody?

Do you ever feel like you are not comfortable when you are with somebody?

Have you experience that your family members or friends or colleagues, they are always in negative emotions and hardly smile? They are so bitter and negative about life, they are so sour, unkind and doubtful to others, of course, they are not living a happy life too.

Whenever you talk to them, they are full of negativity, anger, stress, tension, ego, arrogant, stubborn….there are thorns  all surrounding their horizon.

You can’t experience any peace and calm during or after your conversation.

Have you ever wonder why? Have you ever think how to help them?

I read a profound teaching from Buddha:

” I have looked deeply into the state of mind of unhappy people and have seen hidden under their suffering a sharp knife. Because they don’t see that sharp knife in themselves, it is difficult for them to deal with suffering.”

Why are some of us behave in unkind way?

There is a Hidden sharp knife inside us without our own realization and it cause suffering to our life and also other’s life.

We need to remove our own hidden sharp knife by practicing compassion.

Always remember that “Compassion has no enemies.” Let’s shine out our happiness to others.

A little baby smiles for 400 times a day, yet an adult only hardly smile 17 times a day, some might even forget how to smile?

Do you remember how many times you smile in a day?

Why not bring back our baby SMILES to everyone? Always remember to include yourself…

Let’s cultivate a smiling society!

May all beings smile always in their life!
