How do you feel when you look at the beautiful and magnificent longbolhakang temple?
Some of you, you might feel excited and you want to walk up to the stairs, and check out the temple.
Some of you, you might even get frightening as you need to use a lot of energy to walk up, moreover it’s in Tibet, the oxygen level is so thin, you are so worried whether you can make it or not?
When I saw the temple, I knew it was a challenge to walk up, however, most important, don’t stress and be relaxed, enjoy the journey.
Some of my team members, they felt they can’t walk up and instead they went up by horse riding.
Don’t be fool by our mind.
What we did was to stop at each level, enjoy the beautiful scenery and encourage each others that we can make it… Keep walking with happy smile and also enjoy the beautiful moment.
When we stopped at level by level, we felt not so tiring and our body can cope it. Think about it, when we are facing challenges in life, we can also solve it stage by stage or gradually, most important, not to be trick by our thoughts.No stress, worry, fear, tension… Just be relaxed and enjoy the process.
Just like us, after a challenge walk… We enjoyed the below nice scenery in peace and calm.
