keep walking…

Most of the time, we are easily being trick by our senses.

Ask yourself…

When you look at a high, tall and steep staircase, immediately you might lose your energy to climb up…

When you look at curry dishes in vibrant red color, you might consider its “hot and spicy”, you might not want to taste it…

When you look at people who are not well dress and smelly, you might not even want to walk close or talk to the people…

When you heard people give negative review/ comment on things, you might not even want to take a try…

The first challenge we need to overcome in Tibet is to adapt to the high altitude environment with low partial pressure of oxygen level. If we can’t adapt well, we might face a lot of high altitude sickness like headache, dizziness, fatigue, lack of appetite, weakness, drowsiness, nausea, tired and others…

When I pass by and looked at the Potala Palace from far, first thought came in my mind “Do we need to walk up to the palace?”

Magnificent Potala Palace in Lhasa.

However, from external view, I didn’t see anyone is walking up or down from the palace.

Wow! Staircase...

Wow! Staircase…long way to walk….

During the actual visiting day, I saw the long and tall staircase; it was so tiring to walk up the staircase in such a challenging high altitude environment. We took a rest after walked up each level of staircase .The most important is to keep positive mindset, with strong faith and determination. So, we kept walking and none of us know how long and how many staircases more to go.

Look at the beautiful palace, its worth for us to keep walking….

Only in the middle of our journey, we knew that it was actually 13 storey building; we are half way to go… There is no reason to quit now.

Some of our team members mentioned if they knew from the beginning that they need to walk so far to reach the destiny. They might give up and wait for us at the entrance.

See, our senses can trick us easily.

Be persistence, be confident, have faith and determination, you can overcome challenges in life.

Keep walking, no matter how much challenge you are facing now or ahead of you…

What a beautiful scenery when we look from the top view.

Always keep in mind that the journey is full of beautiful scenery! Equivalent the same to our life…

Enjoy every moment of life!
