self-healing…

When you are sick, say fever, flu, sore throat, cough, what action are you taking to recover?

Are you immediately to visit a doctor?

Are you immediately to start your medication?

Are you immediately to start your antibiotics?

Some of us, we are totally forgot that our body is so intelligent, we can do natural healing.

What you need to do? to have a good rest and let the body to be healed by itself.

However, we are talking about “speed” in modern world, we need to have immediate recovery, we can’t wait and we don’t let our body to relax and start natural healing.

Once we are slightly sick, we can’t endure the discomfort in our body, we are resisting the pain and suffering, and moreover, our thoughts are going to trick us and continuously to feed us negative input. Most of the time, we trusted our thoughts so much. We’ll take action to remove all discomfort with immediate effect. We are actually treating the symptom and not the root of sickness.

I can get well by self-healing! You can too! Always give a good rest to your body and let your body to do its work!

Recently, Little Black , our lovely cat was fall sick again, he caught a cold and had fever. We’ve gave him our positive energy and encourage him to recover by his natural healing. Based on my observation, majority of his time, he slept and allowed his body to recover. Besides, he was less active and he drank a lot of water.

After 4 days of self-healing, Little Black is fully recovered. A lovely cat also knows how to heal himself and allow his body to take a rest.

How about us?

Why not give a rest to your body to do self-healing instead of immediately to start your medication?

Take a try!!!

    • Thank you! He need time to gain back his health and boost up his immune system as he took fungal antibiotics about 5 months. Too much drug in his little body. Cheers!

  1. So true. Natural healing has no cost, no side effects, and allows the body to naturally strengthen its defences against bugs. Prescribed medication should be a (sometimes necessary) last resort.

I believe it goes back even further than this. Prevention is much better than a cure – and prevention comes from taking real ownership of our mind, body and spirit. Changing our thinking and hence improving our habits and getting healthier and happier.

Btw, glad the little fella is better 🙂
