lovely caterpillar…

During the off day, I love to spend happy morning in the lovely garden with Little White and Little black.

It’s great to observe their playing times, truly adorable, what a wonderful moment in life!

Besides, I will take a mindful walk in the garden, most of the times, I am able to discover some of new friends in garden.

If you are not at present moment, you are going to miss this beautiful beings!

If you are not at present moment, you are going to miss this beautiful beings! Imagine how much beautiful things in life, we might miss if we are not at now!

Look closer to the little caterpillar, it’s truly amazing!

How lively!

How lively is the green caterpillar! Look closer to his eyes, he is like telling us story of ” Embrace change in life”.

Before the caterpillar transform to be a beautiful butterfly, he need to go through a few stages in life. During the stage of caterpillar, he need to keep munching the leaves or plants before it turn to cocoon.

Do you allow the little caterpillar to keeping munching your plant?

For our family, we are happy to see the caterpillar in garden and we  are wiling to live harmony with them. The leaves in a plant will grow back later, as such we don’t put any pesticides in any of our plant and we don’t kill.

When I look at the little caterpillar, it reminded us on “CHANGE”.

“Everything changes, nothing remain without change.”

By Buddha

Imagine, if there is no change in caterpillar, we’ll unable to see the beautiful butterfly.

Embrace change and you see the transformation in life!

Besides, we must be a patient in the transformation process, be full of faith and hope.

Never give up easily and nothing comes easy!

It’s apply the same in spiritual path, be diligent!

No matter what stages of life you are in, be totally accept yourself and love yourself. Most important to live at now. Just like the beautiful butterfly, he need to go through caterpillar, pupa, cocoon before transform to the beautiful butterfly.

“To dwell in the here and now does not mean you never think about the past or responsibly plan for the future. The idea is simply not to allow yourself to get lost in regrets about the past or worries about the future. If you are firmly grounded in the present moment, the past can be an object of inquiry, the object of your mindfulness and concentration. You can attain many insights by looking into the past. But you are still grounded in the present moment.”

Many blessings to this beautiful being for sharing a great lesson…May he transform to a beautiful butterfly!

  1. Beautiful post! I have always felt a special connection with butterflies, and I am going through so many difficult changes right now, but your post was another nice reminder of what I need to do to stay focused. The photos were equally stunning. Thank you for sharing.

  2. Thank you very much for this beautiful reminder to live in the present moment and to embrace change – those are among other things two most challenging things for a person with an anxiety disorder. For people like me, life is constantly filled with fear, fear that the most dreadful scenarios could come true and that we wouldn’t be able to escape. Therefore we can go to the point where we dislike changes like plague because we always need to know what we’re dealing with. This way we can lose many precious moments, but at least we feel falsely safe if we stay withing the range of familiar things. I’m fully aware that this is not how life works and that focus on now and the acceptance of change are vital, but it’s one thing to realize it and something completely different to make your body and feelings work instinctively this way. Nevertheless, I’m trying. I’m dreaming of having some peaceful moments with myself. 🙂
