the learning from X-men…

Let the flower of Dharma be blossom in your mind!

Let’s the flower of Dharma be blossom in your mind!

It was quite a long time,  I never watch any movie.

Yesterday, I got a chance to watch the latest movie in cinema, ” X men days of Future past”.

The movie is clearly shown us the “Cause & effect”. The superheroes wanted to change their destiny now, the war, the life threatening environment, What can they do?

They wanted to change the “Cause” which contribute to the “effect” now.

It’s a great learning point that be mindful on your actions, all this will contribute to your “effect” later.

In real life, we can’t change the cause which happen in the past, but we can change our action now, so it’ll not generate new “effect” in our life now or future.

Besides, it talking about “Hope”. No matter how challenging is the environment, we’ll do our best to overcome it.

Instead of say “No”, why not take a try?

Instead of “Regret”, why not take a try?

If we are willing to try, we’ve chances to overcome the challenges.

If we are failed, there is no regret and remorse in our life.

Instead of keep remorse in the past, it’s best to take a try!

One of the best moment to contemplate  when Wolverine was ready to travel to the past, 1973, everything was uncertainty, it’s so similar to the death moment.

Are you ready? Where are you heading? Are you worry? Are you in fear? Are you willing to let go anything?

Another good points for us to contemplate, why are we so worry or fear about other people will harm us?

Some might even take action, so-called “To protect themselves”, in actual “to harm others.”

Think about it, if we don’t have the similar thought in mind, this question might not even come across your mind.

Always ask yourself:

“Why do you want to harm others?”
“What can you get when you harm others?”

“Are you better of when you harm others?

“I believe that the very purpose of life is to be happy. From the very core of our being, we desire contentment. In my own limited experience I have found that the more we care for the happiness of others, the greater is our own sense of well-being. Cultivating a close, warmhearted feeling for others automatically puts the mind at ease. It helps remove whatever fears or insecurities we may have and gives us the strength to cope with any obstacles we encounter. It is the principal source of success in life. Since we are not solely material creatures, it is a mistake to place all our hopes for happiness on external development alone. The key is to develop inner peace.”

By Dalai Lama

See yourself in others, you don’t even want to harm any beings! You just want to bring happiness, joy and peace to others.

We are surrounding by Dharma any time, anyway, see it, realize it and continue your practice.
