Mind is moving…

Have you ever heard the grass cleaning noise? Are you disturb by the noise? Think about it!

Have you ever heard the grass cleaning noise? Are you disturb by the noise? Have you ever complain about the noise? Contemplate about it! Why are you being bother by the noise? Who bring the noise to you?

In life, we meet up with many people and we are also do our very best to help whenever we can.

Some of our friends, they might share with us on their personal problem, e.g. financial crisis, stress in working life, relationship problem, family problem, health problem, depression and others…

Normally, how do you react? Be a good listener and let them to express themselves. Most of the time, they just want a good listener. When they seek for advise, you can give yours….

Are you going to carry their problems and treat as your personal problem?

Besides, we might offer our helping hand to others, are you going to carry all their problem in life as your personal problem and bring sleepless night to yourself?

Some of us, we take thing too seriously, We’ve a tendency to carry others problem in our life without realization. Imagine, if we keep pick up a little stone along the walking journey, before we can reach to our final destination, we’ve fall down as the bag is too heavy for us to move further. It’s the same as how we handle other’s problem, once we give our help, solution, best blessing, advise, care, love and compassion, we should let go and move forward. This is other’s responsibility to take care and solve their challenges in life.

Always remember “Our life, Our responsibilities.” Always get ready your helping hand and good listening ears, but never get involve and carry others burden as yours. Please remind yourself as well, don’t bother or burden others for your personal problems.

A great zen story for sharing:

Two monks were arguing about a flag. One said: “The flag is moving.”

The other said: “The wind is moving.”

The sixth patriarch happened to be passing by. He told them: “Not the wind, not the flag; mind is moving.”

Don’t carry other’s problem with you. Do your best to help and let go!

May your mind be always at peace and calm.
