Most of us, we might facing a lot of challenges in daily life, e.g. traffic jam, accident, scolded by superior, lost belonging, blackout, lift problem, late for appointment, accused by somebody, failure in exam, decision making, debt, health issue…how do you face challenges?

We are so use to control or change external environment, think about it
When we are cold, we switch off air cond.
When we are hot, we switch on air cond and set lower temperature.
When we are boring, we are going to watch TV.
When you want to talk to your friend, you might lower down the volume of TV or radio….
Take a closer of our action, we are keen to change external environment instead of looking inward, to change our thoughts.
