Some of us, whenever we are facing challenges in life, we’ll do our best to reject it, we might behave negatively, such as depressed, stress, tension, worry, anger, frustration, give up….
Why we behave in such a way?

We love to sustain in comfort zone, we assume everything will not change, moreover we might assume everything happen as per our wish…
When something happen beyond our expectation, our first response is “rejection”, “why me?”…
Without challenges in life, how can we overcome and improve it?
Why not treat all challenges as a great learning lesson in life?
Why not take challenge and overcome it?
