Who is bringing negative emotion to yourself?
Third party, external factor, external environment or YOU yourself?
Imagine, if your guests/ relatives pay you a visit, you need to open your door and allow them to come in.
If not, do you think they can come in by themselves?
It’s apply the same to our stress, fearful, worry, tension… Who are inviting them in your life?
Who can take away negative emotion from your life?
Simple answer: You, yourself!
Why not guard your mind in peace, calm and serenity in whatever situation you are facing.
Alway remember that life is full of changes, nothing remain the same, it can be worst now, it can be better later, it can be down now, later can be up again, it can suffering now, later can be happiness..
Do not being influence by external environment, keep your mind in calm & peace.
