“Lokah samastah Sukhino Bhavantu”

When you live in light heart, you see beauty in everything… Every moment of your life is fill with happiness, peace and free.

When you are in light heart, you see beauty in everything… Every moment of your life is fill with happiness, peace and free.

Are you happy in every moment of your life?

Do you need any special condition to make you happy?

Do you need any external material stuffs to cheer up your life?

Do you need any people to cheer up your life and make you happy?

Happiness is like a fountain of joy from your heart. You do not need anything to make you happy.

You are joy! It’s all depend on you, are you cling on too much or you are willing to let go…

The choice is in your hand! You are the key holder for your happiness.

According to the research, Happiness is not depend on how wealthy you are. When you are rich, you might not be happy too, as you are so worry and fear you are going to lost everything, you are doubtful that people might cheat you, you want to satisfy your “greed” desire, as such you look for all opportunity to make more and more money, you are caution on people might harm you, you just can’t satisfy yourself no matter how wealthy you are, …..

Do you think you can enjoy peace of mind?

Do you think you can enjoy the freedom in life?

Do you think you can smile from your heart?

Do not measure life in figure only, be contended and gratitude with what you have…

“In the material world, there are limitations. We always want more, but in the spiritual world, just a short prayer and you’re infinitely content.”

By Tenzin Gyatso

This morning, While I am driving, I listened to Dharma song with beautiful music, awesome lyric and good voice, I am just like the fountain of joy, it’s so simple to be happy…I learned from the sanskrit lyric, ” Lokah samastah Sukhino Bhavantu”, “May all beings be well and free.” How profound!

You need nothing to be happy…. Live life simple!

May you be always happy and smile always!

Shine your happiness with your surrounding and build a smiley community!
