anger…

May your mind be peace & calm… the best remedy when we are meeting angry persons.

May your mind be peace & calm… the best remedy when we are meeting angry persons.

In life, we might meet with people who are in anger,

we might also meet with people who are releasing their anger to us,

we might also being accused for something we never do,

how do you respond to it?

Are you also in anger?

Are you scolded back to the person?

Are you argue with the angry person?

Are your ego being challenged?

Are you stress?

Are you feel sorry for yourself?

Normally, when people in anger, we don’t react or answer, just be silence, be a good listener.

They just want to release their anger, frustration to others, their mind are not at NOW, they are not ready to listen to your advise.

No point to say anything.

Whatever you say might make the situation worst.

Imagine, people are throwing rubbish, do you want to collect it?

For sure, no…

Apply this when you meet people who are in anger.

Don’t collect “anger” from others!

You, yourself never be affected, your mind is as peace as the lake water.

Only talk to people when they are cool down, in a calm & silence mind.

Never ever to condemn them and you yourself must let go the total situation too.

“Holding on to anger is like grasping a hot coal with the intent of throwing it at someone else; you are the one who gets burned.”

  1. Anger exposes one’s emotions and at times are needed, but remaining calm and not take anger into a next time frame, but replace it with understanding and forgiveness, is the icon of strength.
