Do you have best friends in life?
Do you aware that “Breath” is our best friend?
Its accompanied us once we are born until the last breath.
Have you ever notice about your breathing?
It’s great to spend time to be silence, you’ll discover the changes in your breath when you are facing emotional turmoil
How is your breathing pattern when you are in anger? in stress? in fear? in worry? in sad?
It’s short, shallow, fast….
How about when you are happy? joy? peace? Calm?
Your breath is deep, long, slow…..
Next time, if so happen, when you are angry, just focus of your breathing..
You will notice your emotional changes from anger to calm mind.
What do you do when your mind is superb tired?
Are you taking Coffee, Tea, energy drink, sleep….. To boast up your energy?
For me, when my mind is superb tired, I’ll take a short meditation to regain my strength.
It’s so simple, be in silence, body erect, just focus on your inhale and exhale.
You’ll be at Now, no past & no future.
Nothing bothering you…..
You are free & in deep relaxation.
