During my recent trekking experience, to be mindfulness is most crucial as you are not sure what are in front of you…
Any danger awaiting for you?
e.g. leeches, ants, snakes, wild animals, slippery road, thorn, ….
You must be at now, to be fully alert.
When you are at now, you free your mind for the burden of past and future.
Do you aware that your brain actually uses more energy than any organs in your body?
About 20% of your energy go to your brain.
When you are relax and you are actually save a lot energy especially when your mind is still.
The miracle is not to walk on water. The miracle is to walk on the green earth, dwelling deeply in the present moment and feeling truly alive.
