When we are facing challenges in life, some of us might be so easy to give up?
Some of us might give many excuses to convince themselves not to pursuit…
Some of us might even start to blame others…
During my recent forest trekking, it gave a great impact that in order to see the beautiful scenery, you need to put effort, overcome your fear and continue your strong spirit.
One of the destination for the Temenggor Walk was to visit the beautiful Sg Enam Waterfall.
I am a bit skeptical when our boat was almost reached to the destiny. I can’t see any good spot to park our boat. The water is too shallow and full of half dead dry trees, we are blessed to have a skillful young man to handle the boat and we are safe!
Once we touch down, we followed the small road and started our trekking. We saw the big foot step from our lovely elephant friends….However, We didn’t see any elephants.
One important rule for forest trekking, you need to stay fit, be mindfulness and be positive.
My sister was so stress and fearful to cross all the stream, I am there to constantly gave her encouragement, “you can do it, be mindful, just focus on the rock.”
Gradually, she can make it and overcome her fear. It might be from our normal practice, yoga and meditation. We can balance our body well and moreover, our mind can be at calm and peace easily.
After a lot of hard work and challenges, finally we saw…
It reminded us again nothing come so easy, we need to be diligently in our practice. Never give up!
