Do you love music?
Do you ever listen to Dhamma music?
It’s great if we can sit back and relax, enjoy the peacefulness and calmness from the Dhamma music.
You’ll totally forget about your stress, tension, fear, anger,… you’ll blend yourself in the soothing melody.
You might also experience unconditional smiles on your face.
Recently, I got a chance to listen to a great Dhamma CD…
The Four Immeasurables
“May all sentient beings have happiness and its causes,
May all sentient beings be from suffering and its causes,
May all sentient beings be inseparable with joy, which is without suffering.
May all sentient beings abide in equanimity, free of bias, attachment and anger.”
A beautiful quote from singer & producer, Kuo Heng Chi, ” from The Four Immeasurables, he realized that the source of happiness comes from “Wishing you….”, “May you…” instead of “wishing I…” or “May I…”
Take a moment to contemplate it.
It’s so beautiful when we started to selflessly to wish others,
when we see others happy, we are even more happy,
when we see others successful, we are happily to congratulate them,
when we see others doing well, we are also happy for them,
when we see others diligently in spiritual practice, we encourage and learn from them,
when we see others suffering, we are going to wish them well…
when we see others sick, we are going to wish them recover soon…
when we see failure in others, we are going to wish them success..
When you are doing all this genuinely from your heart, you are going to totally let-go “I”,
You are surrounded by true happiness.
