Are you mindful when you are walking?
Are you aware on your surrounding?
Do you face a situation where you can’t remember any scenery you pass by?
Have you ever think why this happen?
One of the reason is your mind is keep wander on the past and future, you are not at NOW.
Even though, you are keep walking but your mind is keep thinking about past and future.
Mind is busy to create more stories….You are not going to notice your surrounding and you are going to miss out the best moment in life.
When I were in Borobudur, I observe the surrounding with mindfulness, let’s take a silence walk and say “hi” to our animal friends…
“In mindfulness one is not only restful and happy, but alert and awake. Meditation is not evasion; it is a serene encounter with reality.”
