Walking is the simplest way to maintain good health, it can help to burn calories and yet it’s great to enjoy the beauty of nature.
Sometimes, when we are in negative emotions, e.g. stress, tension, anger, it’s wonderful to take a silence walk.
Look at the nature, the sky, the moving cloud, the beautiful green trees, the lovely animals, the blossom flower, fresh air…… Be here and now.
