walking…

Walking is the simplest way to maintain good health, it can help to burn calories and yet it’s great to enjoy the beauty of nature.

Sometimes, when we are in negative emotions, e.g. stress, tension, anger, it’s wonderful to take a silence walk.

Look at the nature, the sky, the moving cloud, the beautiful green trees, the lovely animals, the blossom flower, fresh air…… Be here and now.

After your silence walk, you might totally forget about your anger, stress…., you are more willing to “let-go and move on.” Instead of keep on holding negative emotional.

No cost involve for walking, only you need to buy a good walking shoes.

The most important is you are willing to give your precious time and continue walking.

Transform your negative emotion to positive emotion!

Be here and now, you'll discover the miracle of life!

“Machine thinking is the opposite of mindfulness. If we’re really engaged in mindfulness when walking along the path to the village, then we will consider the act of each step we take as an infinite wonder, and a joy will open our hearts like a flower, enabling us to enter the world of reality.”
