Are you mindful when you go for a walk?
Do you pay attention to your surrounding?
Are your mind in present or in the past or in future?
This morning, I went for a walk.
I saw a group of ants were crossing the walk way.. They seem like shifting to a new home. It’s a dangerous act, if we are not mindful, we might step on them….
They are moving to a new home sweet home…
The ants queen….. So big in size…
As such, Sis & I, We are concerned about their safety. We stop for a while to think a way to give notice to whoever pass by the walkway, to be mindful, not to harm them.
We walked around and pick up the yellow transparent strap to build a border on the “ants are crossing the walkway.” This is to give notice to those people not to harm the ants…
As such, please be at now and be mindful whenever you are doing anything.
Your action might save a lot life.
Be kind to all beings.
One of the basic points is kindness. With kindness, with love and compassion, with his feeling that is the essence of brotherhood, sisterhood, one will have inner peace. This compassionate feeling is the basis of inner peace.
