How do you classified as good, delicious and nice food?
Do you evaluate based on its taste, healthy level, hygiene, popularity, the price, the ambience of restaurant, …..?
During my recent trip, we discovered a very nice vegetarian restaurant, even though the food was simple but it’s so nice.
The space is so small in the restaurant and a lot of people are waiting for their queue…
This environment makes us to be more focus on the good food instead of sometimes we might chit-chat during our meal.
In order to reduce the waiting time for others, we were so focus and concentrate on the food.
We can taste the food instead of our mind keep wandering around on the topic for chit-chat and our senses keep moving out.
To me, every meal is the best when I am fully aware on what am I eating.
A simple meal can be the best meal when you are practicing eating mindfully.

Eating mindfully is a most important practice of meditation. We can eat in a way that we restore the cookie of our childhood. The present moment is filled with joy and happiness. If you are attentive, you will see it.
