When I go for vacation , I love to practice the profound teaching from Thich Nhat Hanh
“Smile, breathe and go slowly.”
We can live at now and be mindfulness on your surrounding, not in hurry but in calm and peaceful mind.
Everything is so beautiful!
I went to Hong Kong for my holiday, Everything is moving so fast in this high-speed city.
People are walking so fast, eating so fast, they love to do multi tasking, non stop playing their smart phones, listening song, watching drama, upload picture, playing games, talking, online, ………
However, If your mind is in peace and calm, nothing can affect you. You can go slow in your life…
I love to spend time to enjoy the beauty of nature… See how relaxing even though we are in one of the most happening city…

A little friend was visiting and playing with the cute turtle.. How warm! Wonderful moment to get together! Are you spend quality time with yourself, your family, friends, your pets…?

Nothing is permanence… Treasure all precious moment when we spent our time together… remember that there is always time to say Good Bye..

Life is beautiful and relaxing! Look the turtles, they are enjoying sun bath.. Look at the reflection of cloud, How calm we can be if we do not put our judgement to things..May your mind be at peace and calm!
beautiful pictures. I like to sit and appreciate nature. i like to hum, say Om, or chant NamMyohoRengeKyo when i’m trying to appreciate the moment. also, there is something beautiful about the rhythm of people in a busy city. if you ever get to see a high speed video of a busy city from a roof top, it’s kind of cool. the nature of humans is just as amazing as the nature of…well nature.
Wow… Great! with metta
Isn’t nature so soothing. Good reminders for all. MM 🍀

What a lovely reminder to “stop and smell the roses” our saying here in America. We should all go slow in our lives and enjoy the beauty that each day offers.
Excellence way of living! Cheers!
Thank you for the lovely pictures and the important theme. Did you take these pictures from Hong Kong? Love to know where. Warm wishes.
Yup, I took all photos from the garden of Wong Tai sin temple. Cheers!
I am inspired by nature, which is slow and graceful. The modern civilisation pressures me to be fast and stressed. Nature reminds me to slow down.
So wise. Brother. Cheers!
Wonderful advice to breathe, smile, and go slowly… vacations and walks in nature are good for reminding me to do this. Thanks for the reminder and the great photos of turtles.
