There are plenty of article from medical science , medical doctor, nutritionist to advise us in order to enjoy good health, we need to constantly take care of
1. Our diet, the food intake. You are what you eat!
2. Regular exercise
3. Sleep early…
Our body will start detox from 11pm until 3am. This is the most crucial hour.
As such, do sleep well.
4. Meditation, your mind need relaxation too. The best way to recharge your energy.
5. Keep yourself away from intoxication activity, like smoking, heavy drinking, drug abuse……
Perhaps, you know the best to maintain your good health, however, some of you do not practice it especially when you are young and healthy.
You might think that “ I am still very strong and healthy, why should I be worry? I can take whatever I want!”

Then he sacrifices money to recuperate his health, and then he is so anxious about the future that he does not enjoy the present; the result being that he does not live in the present or the future; he lives as if he is never going to die, and then dies having never really lived.”
