We are living in a fast pace world.

We are talking about speed in whatever we do.

Everyday, we are rushing here and there, we are busy to pursuit worldly wealth, busy.. busy..busy life..

Have you ever spend some time to contemplate for

You are actually busy for?

What is your purpose of life?

What do you want in your life?

If you are too busy in life and in your mind,  there’ll no answer at all…

Take a break, give yourself some free time to be in total relaxation which you can contemplate about life.

A simple action, you can lying on the floor, be in total relaxation.

Start to relax your angle, your knee, your hip, your leg, both leg, stomach, chest, shoulder, head, nose, mouth, ear, backbone…….

Focus on the particular part of the body when you are doing relaxation.

For those part of body, you feel too tired or pain, you can repeatedly to do the relaxation until you feel more comfortable.

Be relax in your body and mind, then only you are able to seek the truth in life.

There is only one important point you must keep in your mind and let it be your guide. No matter what people call you, you are just who you are. Keep to this truth. You must ask yourself how is it you want to live your life. We live and we die, this is the truth that we can only face alone. No one can help us, not even the Buddha. So consider carefully, what prevents you from living the way you want to live your life?
