Today, I had an evening walk. It was great to do silence walking, mind is in peace and harmony.
Just taking care of steps and breath in and out.
I can also admired the beauty of nature, nothing can compare to its beauty.
Think about it, can you spend half an hour a day for yourself?
For half an hour, you can walk about 5,000 steps, it can maintain your healthy body, to give a relaxation and freedom to your mind and get in touch with nature.
You are recharge both physical and mental.
Be diligent and make it as a good habit in your daily life!
