Do you ever observe how do you eat?

One spoon per time?

Get ready for 2nd spoon of food while your mouth is full?

Think about 3rd, 4th or even 5th spoon of food while you are still chewing your food?

Keep thinking of past or future while you are eating?

Keep talking while you are eating?

Keep playing your phone while you are eating?

Keep reading newspaper or book while you are eating?

Stop for a while.

Look inside yourself, what are you doing while you are eating?

Are you mindful on your food? Do you know the taste of your food? Are you at present moment?

Smile, breathe and go slowly

Be mindfulness when you are eating, go slowly, focus on the food in your mouth and NOT GET READY for next spoon of food.

Be at now, you can enjoy the original taste of food and you know when you are full.
