Keep talking while you are eating?
Keep playing your phone while you are eating?
Keep reading newspaper or book while you are eating?
Stop for a while.
Look inside yourself, what are you doing while you are eating?
Are you mindful on your food? Do you know the taste of your food? Are you at present moment?
Smile, breathe and go slowly
