This morning, I went for a forest walk. It was great to be with nature.
The air was so fresh and cool as it was rained last night.
I was practicing the mindfulness walking, mindfulness on every of my step, left, right, left, right…..
Never ever miss one step, no future and past thought in my mind.
It was peace, calm and serenity.
What a blissful moment in life! I am Here, at present and totally alive.

A morning sun, so precious. Giving life to nature and all beings in this planet. Imagine if there is no sunlight…..??? Have you ever pay gratitude to the sun?

What a beautiful yellow flower! However, it fell down from the tree in its most beautiful moment. This is a great warning to us, death is awaiting for anybody, not about your age. Treasure every moment in life! Be diligent in spiritual practice.

The Fallen leaves act as fertilizer, nourishes other’s plant. How about us? How about our body, action and speech, are we bringing any benefits to other beings?
“Being truly here is very important; being here for yourself and for the ones you love. Fortunately, being here is not difficult thing to accomplish. It is enough to breathe, and let go of thinking of planning. Just come back to yourself, concentrate on your breath, and smile. You are here, body and mind together. You are here, you are completely alive. This is a miracle”
“Mindfulness is not an evasion or an escape. It means being here, present, and totally alive. It is true freedom- and without this freedom, there is no happiness.”

The teaching from Thich Nhat Hanh is always profound.
