I love to do nature walk.
It’s like a walking meditation.
I am in silence,I am with myself, I am calm, I am in peace, I am joy and I am contented.
Have you ever experience this moment?
If no, you can try. Be silence, no talking with others even with yourself.
Your mind is broaden up, you forget all your worries, anger, fear, stress, tension when you are full hearted with nature.
Nowadays, for people living in urban city, due to the limitation of land, we are “squeezed” in an apartment, condominium or flat, limited space for us to walk around, hardly we have time (our common excuses) to look the beautiful sky and beautiful garden.
In a long run, our mind & heart are “Trapped”, just like in a “Matchbox”- “No space & freedom”.
We’ll become more selfish, we care our benefits rather than others, easy to get angry, short-tempered, stress and …………..
As such, spend time with Nature, Open up our “Horizon”.
Just observe the nature, you might discover “something new” which you neglected long time ago.
